Booking Confirmation

Your booking is recorded once the system issues a confirmation number. Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and stay information.

Rates and Payment

Displayed rates are based on the selected dates, room type, number of guests and board plan. The payment method, collection date and any deposit requirement are stated in the selected rate plan or in the booking confirmation sent by the hotel.

Changes and Cancellations

Change and cancellation rights vary by rate plan. Non-refundable rates may not permit cancellation, date changes or refunds.

Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel's current policy. Early check-in and late check-out requests depend on availability and may incur an additional charge.

Guest and Room Details

Room capacity must not be exceeded. Requests for children, infants or extra beds must be stated during booking and are confirmed according to room type and availability.
