Distance Accommodation Service Agreement
The parties, scope, payment and performance conditions of an online accommodation booking.
The service provider is Business Life Hotel Sisli, located at Fulya, Vefa Deresi Sk. No: 15, 34394 Şişli / İstanbul. Contact: +90 (212) 216 18 18, info@businesslifehotel.com. The agreement covers the room, rate plan, dates, guests and extras selected online.
The booking is recorded when the guest accepts the terms and a confirmation number is issued. The total price is displayed before confirmation. Card transactions are processed through the virtual POS and 3D Secure system; full card details and CVV are not stored by the hotel.
This is an accommodation service, not a physical product. No shipment or physical delivery applies. The service is performed at the hotel on the booked dates.
Accommodation services for a specific date or period may fall outside the general withdrawal right. Cancellation, change and refund rights are governed by the selected rate plan and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice. Mandatory consumer rights and competent consumer authorities remain available. Updated: 29.10.2026.
